As a Grinder, you will lend a hand in creating innovative, high-quality refrigeration products. You will receive 5% employer match on 6% employee contribution to 401(k)- worth at least $1,400; Also- quarterly progression review; holiday pay; and first- year paid vacation of up to 40 hours after 3 month training period! Plus, earn a monthly production bonus of up to two (2) extra dollars for every hour worked in a month for reaching production targets!
Monday through Thursday, 4:30 p.m to 3:00 a.m (10 hours) - Starting hourly rate for $13.50 (no experience required- we will train you) up to $18.50 (with 5+ years of relevant experience) A shift differential of $1.00 will be added for 2nd shift.
What you will be doing:
1. Working within a team within your department. 2. Operating buffing and grinding machines and hand tools. 3. Maintaining your buffing and grinding machines and hand tools. 4. Lifting up to 30-50 pounds 5. Maintaining a clean and orderly work area. 6. Ability to review and inspect finished product.
Work Environment:
Noisy; varying temperatures, depending on season.
