Warranty Dispatch Representative
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer service and parts calls, email inquiries, SMS and Chat from customers and field service personal.
- Assist in processing service claims.
- Stay up-to-date with our equipment in order to provide good customer service.
- Process parts orders and return authorizations for customers and part distributors.
- 1-3 years related work experience in a customer service or manufacturing setting.
- Strong communication, and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Sense of Urgency
- Ability to work well with others
- Must be an organized individual, strong follow-up is a must
- Customer service skills a must (a strong desire to see customers’ needs are met)
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
- Constantly operate a computer and other office equipment
- Must be able to communicate effectively with professionalism
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time for manufacturing related activities including physical inventory and cycle counts.
