Weekend 1st Shift Fabrication Painter
As a Weekend Fabrication Painter, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining fabrication equipment used in the production of our innovative, high-quality refrigeration products. One Shifts Available:
- Friday thru Sunday- 5am-530pm (12 hour shifts)
No experience required – we will train you! Experienced operators may be offered up to $17.50 (with 5+ years of relevant, manufacturing experience)
What You'll Do:
- Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns.
- Perform painting assignments using a thorough knowledge of paint and its application. Paint may be either wet or powder
- Blends and mixes paints in prescribed proportions and colors or uses prepared paints, checking for viscosity with Zahn cup, selects air pressure and applies paint with a specified thickness on all areas of parts using a spray gun.
- Performs duties necessary for surface preparation of parts for painting which may include washing, cleaning, taping, and hanging
- Works from releases, instructions or work orders in preparing parts, placing in ovens and setting at specified temperatures and times
- Performs detailed checks of parts after removing from ovens and processes for assembly operations
- Move objects up to 50 pounds
- Stand for prolonged periods
What You Bring:
- Prior experience in fabrication painting is a plus

- Teamwork – you work well with others and like to collaborate
- Basic mathematical skills – you can make calculations of amounts, sizes or other measurements by adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing
- Basic reading skills – you can understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
